Over more than a decade, Dr. Julienne Guischard has owned P&L performance across multi-state portfolios of 20-plus locations, led post-acquisition integrations to stability within 60 days of close, and converted underperforming markets into high performers within 90 — in PE-backed and growth-stage environments where speed and accountability are non-negotiable.
